  • Limited Release products – Delivery time varies between 3 and 8 business days.

Returns

Yes, you can exchange or return an unused item, as long as it is in its original packaging.

You can easily exchange or return items via our returns portal. After approval, you will receive further instructions and – for returns – a shipping label.

For complaints or defects, please email us directly at info@dutchsuitcase.nl.

The return period is 14 days after receipt. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code from our shipping partner. Use this code on their website to track the location of your package.

When can I expect my refund?

Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we will perform a check to ensure the product is in good condition. Once approved, we will process the refund within 5 working days, depending on your chosen payment method.

For payments made via iDeal, processing usually takes a few working days. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer's processing time, this can take up to 30 days.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

After you place your order, we start preparing your items. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

How do I set the TSA lock on my suitcase?

The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:

  1. Set the dials to the original numbers 0-0-0.
  2. Press the reset button with a pen or paperclip until you hear a "Click" sound.
  3. Set your combination by turning the dials, for example to 8-8-8.
  4. Press the button that springs back when you hear the "Click" sound.
    You have now set your personal combination.
    Remember your personal combination well.
    Repeat the above steps to reset the numbers.

What should I do if my luggage was damaged by an airline?

Make sure to check your luggage as soon as you pick it up from the baggage carousel. If your suitcase or bag is damaged during the check-in process, the airline is liable. They are insured against damage and must take appropriate measures to compensate for the damage.
