Returns

Yes, you can exchange or return an unused item as long as it is in the original packaging.

You can easily exchange or return via our return portal . After approval, you will receive further instructions and - in case of return - a shipping label.

If you have any complaints or defects, you can email us directly at info@dutchsuitcase.nl .

The return period is 14 days after receipt. After registration you have another 14 days to return the article.

How can I track my order?

After sending your order from our warehouse you will receive an email from us with a track & trace from our shipping partner. Use this code on their website to track the location of your package.

When can I expect my refund?

After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will perform a check to ensure the product is in good condition. After approval, we will process the refund within 5 business days, depending on your chosen payment method.

For payments via iDeal, processing usually takes place within a few working days. For credit cards, this can take up to 30 days, depending on the processing time of your card issuer.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

After placing your order we will start preparing your items. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

How do I set the TSA lock on my suitcase?

The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:

  1. Set the dials to the original numbers 0-0-0.
  2. Using a pen or paperclip, press the reset button until you hear a “click” sound.
  3. Set your combination by turning the dials, for example to 8-8-8.
  4. Press the button that springs back when you hear the "Click" sound.
    Now you have set your personal combination.
    Remember your personal combination well.
    Repeat the steps above to reset the numbers.

What should I do if my suitcase is damaged by an airline?

Make sure you check your luggage as soon as you pick it up from the baggage carousel. If your suitcase or bag is damaged during the check-in process, the liability lies with the airline. They are insured against damage and must take appropriate measures to compensate for the damage.
