Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium .


Postage costs

  • Orders under €30 – €6 shipping costs.
  • Orders over €30Free shipping .

Delivery times

  • Netherlands & BelgiumOrder today, receive tomorrow (when ordering on workdays before 11:59 PM).
  • Limited Release products – Delivery time varies between 3 and 8 business days.

Limited Release products are reserved especially for you and shipped from trusted partners. Therefore, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.


How do I recognize a Limited Release product?

On the product pages of these items you will find a clear label with "Limited Release" , so you know exactly which products have a longer delivery time.


Track & Trace

  • Products available for immediate delivery – If you order on a working day, you will receive a track & trace code the same day, allowing you to track your order.
  • Limited Release products – You will receive a tracking link within 48 hours of ordering to track the status of your order.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. After canceling your order, you have another 14 days to return the product.


Return Policy

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Limited Release products can be returned using the regular returns process. In some cases, a separate return address will be provided.
  • Personalised or hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Return process

Do you want to return a product?

📦 Easily register your return via our returns portal :

  1. Log in with your email address and order number.
  2. Select the products you wish to return.
  3. You will receive confirmation from us within 3 working days whether your return request has been approved.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions. In some cases, we will send you a return label, for which we Charge €6 per return label. Additional labels may be required for multiple packages; the cost is calculated per label. These costs are either paid in advance in the returns portal or deducted from the refund amount.
  5. If you don't receive a return label, you can arrange the return shipment to the specified address yourself.

Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation by email.
