Warranty period
From the date of purchase, D utchsuitcase offers a 3-year warranty on all our suitcases against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires a valid proof of purchase.

Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Should your suitcase become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

Exceptions
The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, accidents, or damage from external factors
• Damage caused by airlines or other transportation companies
• Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized parties
• Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality
• Limited Release cases and other special editions

Claims process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via email at info@dutchsuitcase.nl. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will then guide you through the evaluation and repair/replacement process.

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is your exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. dutchsuitcase is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
