Aluminium suitcases

Aluminium travel suitcases made of aluminium-magnesium, without zippers and with two TSA locks. The DS ONE comes in 20, 24 and 29 inch, the DS Monarch in 20 and 29 inch. Which aluminium suitcase can I take as hand luggage?

The DS ONE 20 inch (55 × 35 × 23 cm) and the DS Monarch 20 inch (55 × 38 × 22 cm, including wheels) fall into our hand luggage class. Whether they are allowed in the cabin on your flight is up to your airline: every airline and every ticket has its own rules. You will find an overview per airline on our page hand luggage sizes per airline; the current rules are always on your airline's website.

What is the difference between the DS ONE and the DS Monarch?

The DS ONE comes in three sizes (20, 24 and 29 inch, approx. 36, 52 and 86 litres) and in silver, black and green. The DS Monarch comes in 20 and 29 inch (approx. 35 and 75 litres), in pearl silver, and has detachable wheels that come off at the push of a button.

Do the suitcases have a zipper?

No, both suitcases are zipperless and close with two TSA locks. A TSA lock is designed so that US airport security (TSA) can open it with their own key, so the lock does not need to be forced during an inspection.

How quickly will my suitcase arrive?

The DS ONE and DS Monarch are Limited Release, with a delivery time of 2 to 8 working days. Shipping is free on orders of €30 or more.
